My newest book, “𝘌𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩” was just released recently. Health, wellness and nutrition are areas of life that I am passionate about. I’m always seeking out fun and inspiring ways to keep myself on track with my health goals.
Having a collection of activewear that feels good to wear is one tiny way I motivate myself to stay on track with my fitness goals. My seasonal wardrobe “inventory count” always includes my fitness apparel. If your exercise clothes are trashed, maybe it’s time to replace a few items and inspire yourself to use them for their intended purpose!
My sportswear collection was actually in really good shape heading into this summer. I had to replace two bras (my dog destroyed one!) and my pair of running shoes, and that’s it. Summer and early fall are really the only times of the year I can cycle, so I’ve been focusing on fitting this activity in whenever I can.
